The content and products contained within this website are directed solely at those who access the site from mainland Britain. Tollesbury Pharmacy is only able to deliver to a mainland Britain address. Any orders requiring delivery to Northern Ireland will attract a higher P&P charge which we will advise you of after your order is placed. Delivery times may also vary to Northern Ireland. Any order placed by a customer is only an offer to purchase which Tollesbury Pharmacy may in its absolute discretion accept or decline without having to provide a reason. Notwithstanding that payment has been made by the customer online and may have been processed, Tollesbury Pharmacy reserve the absolute right to refuse to supply the products and in such cases are not obligated to provide a reason for declining the order. In such cases a refund will be provided to the customer within a reasonable period of time by the same method as payment received. All private & NHS prescriptions are delivered by first class recorded delivery. Tollesbury Pharmacy cannot accept any responsibility for prescriptions or orders which are delayed or lost due to Royal Mail including the use of the freepost address.
Tollesbury Pharmacy takes online security very seriously and you can use our website with confidence. We use a secure server which encrypts your credit card information during transmission. Your card details are transferred over a secure virtual private network (VPN) to an authorisation server which is not directly connected to the Internet. Your card details are then entirely deleted from our systems after the transaction has completed.
Although Tollesbury Pharmacy aims to offer you the best service possible, Tollesbury Pharmacy makes no promise that the services and products will meet with your requirements. Postage and packing is currently charged at £5 per transaction , Please note, heavy/bulky items may be subject to extra delivery charges. In this event, we will contact you and advise you accordingly. Deliveries are normally despatched by Royal Mail and we will inform you by e-mail of the date and method of despatch. Please note that all prescription medicines are despatched by recorded delivery and will require a signature. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that an authorised person is available to accept such a delivery. The customer shall inspect the items immediately upon receipt and must notify Newlands Pharmacy within seven calendar days of any discrepancy or any damaged goods.
Tollesbury Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse sales at our discretion if we believe there is a fraudulent credit card use. You may be asked to provide further proof of your identity and/or proof of credit card. Failure to do so will result in termination of the transaction. You will be notified by email if Tollesbury Pharmacy cancels your order or if your credit card has been declined. For security reasons Tollesbury Pharmacy will log your IP address. Details of all fraudulent transactions will be passed on to the relevant authorities.
If, within seven calendar days, you no longer require all or part of your order, providing that the product remains unopened and in its original packaging, the item may be returned at the customer's cost for a full refund. Due to the nature of our business this does not apply to any medicines which may not be returned.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions contained within these terms and conditions which shall remain in full effect.
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall gain no rights by way of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of the terms and conditions but this will not affect the right or remedy of the third party which exists from that Act.
Tollesbury Pharmacy may cancel your registration at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
